AJ Green

After completing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Utah, where he attended on a full tuition scholarship, AJ earned his law degree Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law, where he received a merit scholarship on entrance, served as a Lead Note and Comment Editor on the Law Review and was the two-time recipient of the J. Reuben Clark Award.  During and immediately after Law school, AJ  enjoyed the privilege of working for over seven years at the law firm of Ray Quinney & Nebeker, before being invited to join a client as their general counsel where he advised their team on matters related to real estate, construction, healthcare and finance.  AJ's background in real estate and construction runs deep, beginning with his grandfather who founded a Utah based excavation and concrete paving company where AJ was employed through high school and his undergraduate studies.  When AJ is not working on projects, he enjoys golfing, skiing, spending time on the lake, running, and enjoying time with his wife and their five children.

Zach Harding

Zach earned his Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Utah and then attended law school in Orange County, California on a full-ride scholarship. After graduating from law school, Zach returned to Utah where he had the privilege of working for Judge Clark Waddoups, the law firm of Snell & Wilmer, and then as in house counsel to multiple regional and international companies.  Zach's experience in negotiating finance, SaaS, real estate, healthcare, technology, data privacy and other contracts as well as his experience navigating relationships in large corporations has provided him with the ability to manage large volumes of work, manage complex systems and simplify complicated issues.  When he's not putting together deals, Zach enjoys playing and coaching basketball, skiing on water or snow, golfing, and, most importantly, spending time with his wife and their five children.

Charlie, a Traverse City, Michigan native, graduated Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2021. At Michigan State, he distinguished himself as the Senior Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review. Transitioning to Utah post-graduation, Charlie began his career in commercial litigation at a prominent law firm in Downtown Salt Lake City before joining Fier Law Group. Charlie's experience in litigation gives him a great ability to manage large numbers of projects and data as well as a view of contracts from what could happen in the event things don't go as planned.  Charlie is an avid sailor, volleyball player, hockey fan, and outdoors enthusiast.  When he's not at his desk, you're likely to find him on his snowboard in the Utah backcountry or traveling with his amazing wife.
